Performance by Gemanereida Barragán Cruz (Gema), whose music bridges cultures and generations. Gema will be accompanied by chamber Mariachi, led by award-winning director Lesslie Núñez
Conversation: “Where Opera Meets Mariachi,” exploring the history of opera in Latin America and how opera’s expressive storytelling and musical depth continue to inspire and resonate within Mariachi traditions.
