Jungyoon Kim is a landscape architect and founding principal of PARKKIM, an internationally recognized design studio based in Seoul. Her work explores the relationship between urban life, ecological systems, and cultural identity through thoughtful landscape design. Kim brings a global perspective to how cities can reconnect with water and is a curator of the current Designers of Mountain and Water exhibition at Harvard GSD. Her work is widely published and has received numerous international design awards.

Drawing from waterfront projects and landscape strategies, Jungyoon Kim reflects on how cities are rediscovering the ecological, cultural, and civic value of water. The webinar will explores how design can reconnect urban communities to rivers and coastlines while supporting resilience and public life.
